Flowzone Engineering Solution

Neles™ top-guided angle valves, series AU

The Neles series AU globe valves offer exceptional control performance and reliability in applications that involve high velocities and pressure drops. The angle valve design is suitable for limited space piping layouts and flashing applications. These valves come equipped with Neles diaphragm actuators and valve controllers for precise flow control, extended operational life, and online performance monitoring as standard.

  • Valve maintenance is made easy as it can stay in the pipeline while replacing parts
  • Process stability and noise control are maintained with the valve
  • The valve is designed with low emissions in accordance with ISO 15848
  • Additionally, the cost of ownership is low and maintenance needs are minimized

  • To minimize leak paths, the valve has a one-piece body
  • Angle body pattern is designed for angle pipeline installations
  • The valve is particularly suitable for flashing applications due to its ability to guide high-velocity flow through the valve with minimal contact to body and internals, which increases valve lifetime
  • Easy maintenance is ensured with top-entry construction and quick-change trim
  • Rugged top-guided trim construction and hardened trim surfaces come as default for extended lifetime
  • A wide variety of trim capacities and characteristics are available to optimize valve performance
  • The valve features a multi-hole Tendril™ trim to reduce noise or eliminate cavitation
  • There is a wide material selection available for different applications
  • Flanged and welding-end body options are available
  • The valve has low emissions according to ISO 15848 and bellows packing is also available
  • NACE material options are available
  • The valve is SIL 3 certified
