Neles™ ValvGuard™ VG9000 – intelligent safety solenoid
The Neles ValvGuard is a premier safety solenoid with intelligent features for partial stroke testing, designed for emergency shutdown and venting valves. By utilizing automatic PST and other diagnostic data, the VG9000 enhances safety and enables plant safety objectives to be met with greater cost efficiency than alternative solutions.

- We have also introduced the VG9PST, an intelligent PST solution that offers superior protection against spurious trips when using an external solenoid valve, thereby reducing the risk of unintended and costly plant shutdowns.
- Additionally, the ValvGuard is certified for SIL 3 according to IEC 61508, provides emergency shutdown services, and features a stainless steel construction suitable for off-shore applications.
